We Carry Oceans is a storytelling home for women, trans and non-binary people, who are part of the Asian and Pacific Islander diaspora to share our experiences and shape conversation about our bodies, families and futures.

We Carry Oceans’ vision is for women, trans and non-binary people who are part of the Asian and Pacific Islander diaspora to see ourselves and reclaim our truths in these stories, building collective power for a world where everyone has the respect, care and support to exist in the ways we desire. We seek to uplift specific stories that rarely, if ever, are visible.
